- [Instructor] Once you click this publish button, the whole point of Publish Online, really, is to share it with others. Fortunately, once it's published, it's really easy to share on Facebook, Twitter, or via email. In this video, we're going to talk about sharing your document on Facebook. Once the document is published and this icon appears, you can simply click on it to get the process started. Here we start with this kind of standard Facebook post page. You can share it on your timeline, to a friend's timeline, share it to a group, or to an event, or other page that you manage. You can post it to your friends, to the public, or to an exception list that you might create. Here you'll notice that InDesign has picked up the cover thumbnail and it's a little cut off here. That's because the image ratio for Facebook images is almost two to one. It's currently about 1200x630 pixels. So we'll want to correct that and I'll show you how to do that in just a moment.
