- [Narrator] We have created our two principal paragraph styles, the body text and the headings. So our document now has some structure. Before we go on and create the other text formats, we need to do some text cleanup. If I come to my type menu and show the hidden characters we see that we have a lot of extra character returns in this document. And this is something that will be inevitable when you are placing a document from Word. So we need to run a series of find change routines to remove these unwanted characters. I'll come to the edit menu and choose, find change. Now, by the way, there is a script that will do this and the script is called find change by list but I'm going to do it as three separate predefined queries and by predefined queries, I mean, those that come installed with InDesign and appear in this list.
