- [Narrator] One of the great things about Publish Online is that once you've started using Publish Online to distribute and share your documents, you can actually find out how many people have been viewing your documents. For that we can use the Publish Online dashboard and view our Publish Online analytics. These analytics can help us understand how successful we've been in distributing our document. First, let's go to the Publish Online dashboard. Let's go to the file menu and access Publish Online dashboard. Remember, you can also access this dashboard from any browser by typing in indd.adobe.com/dashboard. We talked about some of the things you can do from the dashboard here including sharing your documents, grabbing the embed code and deleting documents, but I want to talk about the analytics.
