Using Paste Into and Paste in Place

- [Instructor] Paste Into and Paste in Place are commands that can really save you a lot of time. Paste in Place allows you to create a copy of an object in the exact location of the original where it was copied from, while Paste Into allows you to create new, interesting and complex designs, once you understand how it works. Let's use these commands to enhance the design of the cover page of our brochure here. So I'm going to start by zooming in on the cover page of my brochure. And you can see that I've maced this up roughly the way that I want it to appear. But you can instantly see the problem in that, I really like this ghosted back side of the design, but the text is getting lost over here. It works great over here on the left, but not so well over here. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to come up here to my Layers panel, and I'm going to hide all of the layers except for the text and extra design boxes layers.…
