Applying bookmarks
- Navigating an InfraWorks model can become tricky business, especially when dealing with a large or complex model. At times, you will want to store certain views that focus on key features or can be used to analyze certain view perspectives. Let's take a look at how you can use bookmarks to do just that. I've opened the Ch 01 Hotel Lynda model and I've selected the Chapter 01 Proposal and I'm also going to press the home key on my keyboard to return to the home view of the model. So, let's say I want to show my audience what it would look like to see the mountains from the hotel. I'll try to simulate that by zooming into the hotel, basically getting as close to it as possible, rotating the model away from me and then panning forward by clicking and dragging the right mouse button until I'm inside the hotel looking out.
