- [Instructor] Another quick and easy analysis available to us is the ability to review bridge material quantities. We can review the concrete and steel materials needed to construct a bridge. We're still in model six. But, we've switched to bridge design nine and we're still at Bridge View 22. Now, all you have to do is select bridge, right click, and say Show Quantities. What it will do is it will calculate the amount of precast concrete, the amount of CIP concrete. Which, is cast-in-place. Basically that's what happens when you get the big truck coming in and it's got the cement on the back and it's actually poured on location. As opposed to being precast and then trucked to where the bridge is being put down. And we have the steel that is used within this bridge. Now, that's the entire bridge and those quantities do not change. But, if you click again you can see that we now have a girder group and it shows us in the bottom that that girder group requires 406 tons of steel. If we…
