Configuring the model
- There are certain tasks you'll want to perform in the early stages of your model, so that you have the best experience. Let's take a look at how to configure your units, set the coordinate system and set the model extent, to get the best performance. I've opened the Chapter Two, Hotel Lynda model and set the current proposal to "Configure_Model". I'll also press the "home" key on my keyboard, which I already am at home view so you won't see any change there. But I recommend that you do that, too, so that you and I start with the screen looking exactly the same. While we're zoomed way out on the model we can actually see one of the things that I want to address in this video. The tan area represents the extent of our model, however, if you look at the coverage of our aerial imagery, it's much smaller than that.
