- [Instructor] We're going to start looking at corridor optimization. And in this video, we're going to look specifically at setting avoidance areas as well. Now I have to be honest here. The corridor optimization functionality within Infraworks reeks of black box magic to me. It's taken me forever to try and figure it out. I still haven't managed it completely but thanks to Matthews Mathai at Autodesk, I'm only slightly clueless as opposed to completely clueless as I was before. So what I'm going to do, is I'm going to share with you just some of the quirks and little gotchas that I have come across when working with avoidance areas within corridor optimization. I am in a different model this time. I'm Infraworks 2021, road design corridors. And we have one bookmark called corridor optimization. It'll take you down to the park that we use in some super elevation videos earlier and this is actually the road that I drew.…
