- [Narrator] To accurately design a road or highway within InfraWorks, you would want to use component roads. Component roads use assemblies to create an overall full section of a road. Each section of the road is an assembly part, so for example, each lane here width is an assembly, the curve, the sidewalks, the green space, and any kind of other decorative structure along the road. So here we have two component roads that intersect each other. I'm going to turn off the right-of-way for these component roads, so I'm going to go into my Intelligence tool and then select the Build, manage, analyze your infrastructure modeler, then go to Model Explorer. In Model Explorer at the very top, I'm going to turn off the right-of way, that way it's not in our way. And then I'm actually going to add some barriers along this road.
