- If you're going to perform serious road design, you need to be able to visualize and edit the road in profile view. Roadway Design for InfraWorks 360 provides this capability through its profile view window. Let's take a look at how you can use this tool to make changes to your roads. I've opened the Lynda Road model, and as you can see I've chosen the profile edit proposal. Going to make a copy of that proposal, and I'll call it My_Profile_Edit. Next I'll choose the Lynda Road bookmark, which will give me a 3D perspective on the road. And now let's call up the profile view window. There are a few different ways to do it. The first one is, you can click on the Roadway Design toolbar, then the Review icon, and then on the toolbar that shows up along the left you can simply click Profile View, and then choose the road that you would like to look at in profile view.
