Editing water features
- It's important to be able to edit the water features in your model so that you can achieve the size, style, and arrangement that suits your project. In this video, you'll learn how to modify the pond and streams in your model to create the effect that meets your needs. I've opened the Chapter Four Hotel Lynda model. I've also selected the edit water features proposal. I'll select the hotel plan bookmark. If you do all these things, we'll both start in the same place with the same look on the screen. I'll orbit my view and zoom in to the area behind the hotel. There are some things that I want to address with the water features that I see here. I'll focus on the pond first. What I'd like to do with the pond is change the style so that I have this tan outline. I'd also like the pond to be depressed down into the ground a bit because, as you can see, right now the water surface is flush with the surface of the ground. We'll address the style first.
