- The Model Explorer provides access to controlling the visibility and visual display of features in 3D models in your InfraWorks model. To access the Model Explorer we'll actually have to go into the Intelligence Tool, expand the build, manage and analyze your infrastructural model. And then we're going to select create and manage your model. Now at the bottom we'll select Model Explorer. Here we go. So I like to consider the Model Explorer kind of the combination of Xref if you ever work with AutoCAD or AutoCAD Civil 3D. It's more like layer management combined with an Xref manager. So here I can actually control what's actually being displayed. So for example if I don't want to see certain objects in my model, so for example buildings I can turn off buildings. Notice all the homes and buildings that actually use that user, the fine type is turned off. Or city furniture Barriers Scroll up. Parcels, right…
