Traffic simulation: Assigning signals

- [Instructor] In the previous video, we set up demand zones, we changed the demand profiles to figure out which vehicles would be used within our simulation, now we're going to set up traffic controls. The way we do that is by going to Control, Intersections. Now, you'll see the intersections listed in the little drop down arrow. What we want to do is go to Southeast 16th and Southeast Hawthorne Boulevard. Use the little slider to make sure you can see the different turns. So if we see them over here, we could zoom in a little bit. So there we have our right turns, left turns, straight ahead. You might notice here that I have a fixed signal, turns, group, phases, timing. Now, that is because I have already signalized this particular junction. But if you do not see the same matrix, the same panel as I have, say for example, you see something that looks more like this, then notice in the top right hand corner,…
