Work with abutments
- [Narrator] In Bridge Design for InfraWorks 2019.2 Model 2, Bridge Design 4, head over to Bridge View 14. This will take us under the terrain and we have the bridge abutment in front of us. Select that bridge abutment. Now you've heard me go on and on about parametric components and this is finally where we start to play with them. From the Type box, click on Wing Walls 1. This will bring up the select component palette. And InfraWorks ships with a number of parametric components, and later on in the course you will see how to make your own, as well as using what's shipped. But for now, select the Enhanced Abutment model by double clicking. Note the change, not only in the look of the abutment, but also the change that's available in the stack, as well. So, once that model has regenerated, we have a different look to the abutment. We have many more parameters we can work with as well. Let's make some changes to the attributes, or the parameters, to see how this particular component…
