- [Presenter] In the next chapter, we'll look at how to post your own photos and videos to Instagram. But the other half of enjoying Instagram is keeping up with the content posted by the people you follow. When you first create your account and I've just created a new account for this example, Instagram gives you a couple of options for finding people to follow, like signing into Facebook to find friends that use Instagram or letting Instagram check your contacts for emails associated with Instagram accounts. But in case you didn't do either of those things when you set up your account, let's take a look at how to do them now as well as some other methods for following people from your account. Probably the easiest way to get started is to tap the search or magnifying glass button at the bottom of the app. This takes us to what Instagram calls the explore tab.
