- [Instructor] Okay, let's take a closer look at working with Instagram's photo filters. Filters let you quickly and sometimes drastically change the appearance of your pictures to give them a different look or mood. Let's start by selecting a photo to post. So I'll come over here to my Photo Library, and I'll find a photo here. Let me just adjust that a little bit, and I'll tap Next. All right, so here are the filters along the bottom of the screen. Instagram often updates these filters, adding new ones, removing older ones, but you'll find that some of the most popular ones usually remain. Now the most basic way to use filters is to just select them and you'll see them instantly apply it to your photo. And you can just swipe across to try out any filters you like.
