- [Instructor] As you prepare to begin this course, it's important to take a moment to learn about the Autodesk certification options that are available to you. On the screen, you can see that I've navigated to autodesk.com/certification, where you can learn about all the different certifications available on a number of different Autodesk products. Many of which have courses here at LinkedIn Learning. If you scroll down the main homepage, you'll find an option for view all certifications. On this page, you can scroll through and find a list of certifications on all different Autodesk products. For example, architecture, engineering, construction exams. And as you scroll further down, you'll see product design and manufacturing certifications. Given that you're here to learn about Autodesk inventor, the Autodesk Certified Professional in Inventor for Mechanical Design is probably the exam you're most interested in. By selecting that exam, you can navigate in to see the details about how to get certified, how to prepare for the exam, and even the skills required to pass the exam. These exams are an excellent way to show employers that not only have you taken the journey on learning, but you've actually gathered information that will be helpful in the field and certifies that you understand how to properly use the software.
