Construction geometry
- Up to this point in the course we've learned how to create basic sketch geometry things like lines and rectangles, arcs, and splines. Now we're ready to look at construction geometry. Now construction geometry is just like any other piece of sketch geometry with one major exception. And that is how it's interpreted. When you're applying a modeling action to a sketch let's have a look at what that looks like. To begin we need a new part, I've got a new part on the screen and we need a new sketch. We can right click in the graphics window and select new sketch, and then hover over the X, Y plane to begin your sketch. Now, up to this point in the course you've only used the two point rectangle. Now we're going to look at a different type of rectangle.
