Create general dimensions

- [Instructor] Now that we have the ability to create drawing views. Let's take a moment to look at how we can dimension some of those views. On the screen you can see I have Engine Block Dimensions.idw open, that's our start file that has some basic views created. If you don't have it open, go ahead and open it now. And we can begin by moving to the Annotate tab here in the ribbon bar, and then to the Dimension panel to select Dimension, or we can right-click in the graphics window and select General Dimension as well. Once we do that you can see the dimension command highlights and let's go ahead and zoom in on this view in the upper left. We're going to pan to the left a little bit, and zoom in, and now we can create some basic dimensions.
