What you should know - JavaScript Tutorial
From the course: JavaScript for Web Designers
What you should know
- [Instructor] Let's talk about what you should know going into this course. This is JavaScript for Web Designers, so I assume you are at least somewhat active as a web designer. And therefore that you're familiar with both HTML and CSS. I assume you've built pages with both these technologies and have a good understanding of how they work. I also assume that you would recognize JavaScript in a document if you saw it. You don't have to have used it before, but just recognize what it is so that when we start looking at it you'll know yeah okay, I've seen that before. That must be JavaScript. If you find what we're covering going over your head, you can check out my course Learning the JavaScript Language to get an introduction that will help you read and understand the language better. Generally speaking anything that you might not know about JavaScript, we'll try to fill in as we go.
