What you should know

- [Instructor] In order for you to get the most out of this course, there are a few things that it would be helpful for you to know. First of all, you should have a solid foundation in JavaScript syntax, in particular the modern ES6 syntax. If this isn't the case, don't let that keep you from watching this course, but also keep in mind that you might have to stop it every now and then to look up something that I'm doing. It would also be helpful for you to have worked with a backend JavaScript framework, such as Express, as I'll be using Express to give you examples of how to do test-driven development to develop real-world applications. And the same goes for this. If you aren't super familiar with Express, don't let that stop you. But also, don't be afraid to pause the course and familiarize yourself with something you see me doing if you're confused.
