Working with images in CSS

- [Morten] Did you know you can crop an image using CSS or turn it into a circle or any other shape you want or add saturation and contrast, make it grayscale or sepia tone or blend it with a background color or another image? Deep inside CSS, we find a well-stocked toolkit of properties and functions that turn your browser into an image editing and manipulation powerhouse that can do many of the things we normally turn to Photoshop for. In this course, we'll dive down this rabbit hole and explore a wide range of techniques you can use in your websites and applications today to shape, alter and display images exactly the way you want, all without ever touching the image files themselves. CSS makes it possible to automate image processing that otherwise would require tedious and repetitive work and graphics applications, and I'm here to show you how to get it right. So let's get cracking.
