- If I were to ask you to describe your family when you were growing up in three words, what three words would you use? Those three words would give me an insight into your family atmosphere and dynamic. That's called culture. Every group has a culture. Culture is how a group interacts and how those interactions shape beliefs, values, and behaviors, and for teams, the eventual results. Team culture creates a strong peer influence.
