This course has been packed with tons of great content and practical, actionable recommendations which I've successfully used with clients over the years. Now it's your turn. Here's how I recommend moving forward. First, assess your current performance management practices, how you're leading, and identify areas for improvement. Second, make a plan to address them in order of what would generate the highest and most positive impact first. Third, if no current performance management practices exist, start something. You can do so simply by having an introductory collaborative conversation with each team member, sharing what you've learned, and asking how you can work together going forward. Finally, fourth, share with your current HR partner and direct report what you've learned and how you'll be applying it, either with a face to face meeting or a written briefing.
