Adding essential metadata

- I recommend you take the time to add some metadata to your images. This will help you with things like copyright, as well as making sure you can find these photos in the future. Let me just do this in Lightroom, but it's very similar inside of Bridge, which we'll take a quick look at in just a moment. Now I've been organizing these shots, so this makes it pretty easy. By continuing to organize your shots into groups or stacks, you'll have an easier time finding everything from a particular location. I can now select all those, and come over here to my metadata, and just go into my IPTC metadata. This is where I can add information. Now you can do things like add your name in, as well as the job title. I'm going to tell it not to bother warning me that it's adding this, there we go. Let's do our job title. And then if we want, we can even go as far as including information about the house and the location. Now since I'm sharing this with the world, I'm not going to get too specific…
