Apply metadata during import

- [Instructor] Photos contain metadata. And metadata is simply information that is written into a file. Camera metadata includes information like the camera model and lens, capture settings and capture date. Mobile phone images also contain GPS metadata information. Other metadata can be added to your images during the import process. I recommend adding copyright metadata and some key words when importing. I've already created a copyright metadata preset that we'll use for the next import. Let me show you where to find that. If you're in the library module, you'll see metadata in the menu at the top. And click on Metadata and halfway down we have edit metadata presets. In this panel, you could create your own metadata preset. If I click on the preset at the top, the dropdown where it says custom.
