Determining a target delivery size

- When you're getting ready to shoot a panoramic photo, you might want to consider the end results For example, if you're trying to make a huge wall mural, you might have to step up and go for a very high resolution camera. For example, I'm on a D7000 right now. This is sort of a mid-range DSLR. It produces a nice high resolution RAW file, but it's not the biggest on the market. If I needed to do billboard size or produce large metal prints, I might step up to a higher quality body. On the other hand, maybe you're just producing something for the web. And if that's the case, you might just reach in your pocket and fire off a great panoramic photo. It all depends on what the end result is. So just remember, the higher quality camera you generally need. With this in mind, get your hands on the best camera you can find. Don't run out and buy something new. Just see if you could borrow a camera or take the best one you own, or take the best one you own, and after you get done watching…
