Developing the new HDR DNG file

- I gave you a tease of some of those basic adjustments, but let's dig in to developing this file. Now, if you're already familiar with working with the controls in Lightroom, nothing's that different about the HDR file, except that the sliders have a little bit more play, giving you greater flexibility to recover more or to boost more. Let's take a look here, and we'll simply tweak the white balance. I'll try an Auto white balance, and we'll go back here to the single image that we're working with. I'll take the eyedropper and sample, and try to set a new one. That's looking pretty good. Let's just back that off. It's a tad cool. That feels closer to right. Moving down, I could take advantage of toning, and all of these can be easily adjusted to get exactly what you want. I'm a big fan of using the Histogram as a live adjustment up here. And I like to pull my Blacks and Whites right up here. You really manipulate the file to get a good range of contrast. All right. That looks good…
