How do I make an image pop?
- Oftentimes people will ask, "How do I make an image pop?" Well, really this is a combination of things that add visual interest to a photo. Let me show you a quick recipe. First up, I suggest you take advantage in the basic area here by clicking Auto. That will try to maximize your histogram. Then feel free to push things like the highlights and shadows a little bit. As well as the white point or the black point to really maximize the dynamic range. From Presence, explore the use of texture. That and Clarity are going to go a long way. You see there how it really helps that image. You can also take a little bit of Vibrance. This is going to bring that color out. Then I suggest coming down to HSL and clicking. Target the color you want to emphasize. In this case, I'm going to bring up the saturation of the green and down the saturation of the yellow. By targeting those areas selectively we can really refine the part of…
