- If you're working with an image that's a RAW file, Adobe has an extra option that you could use to improve the RAW file by letting it analyze it and use artificial intelligence to try to optimize the file. Sometimes the results are dramatic, sometimes they're pretty subtle. It'll vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, as well as on the environment that the picture was taken in. But let me show you how to access the tool. What we can do is select a RAW file. Then, right click on that image and choose Enhance Details. This is going to look at the image and attempt to bring out more detail. If we click the before and after, you can see it is making a change. As we drag through the image, it's going through and cleaning things up. When I click Enhance, what it's going to do is generate a new DNG file. You'll see the process there.
