Importing photos with drag and drop

- [Instructor] You can import photos to Lightroom Classic with a simple drag and drop. And this method is actually pretty much the same thing as importing from a hard drive like we just did, except maybe a little bit quicker. So I'll jump out to the finder to find my external photos hard drive. And then we'll look inside of my photo library here to find a folder that we haven't yet imported. So remember, the dog beach folder has been imported. Let's take the next folder, Sedona, and just drag and drop it over into Lightroom Classic. Now you have to drag it over the grid area, not on a panel to the left or right. And you'll see that plus there. As soon as I release, it's going to take me into the import dialogue. Notice that on the left hand side here, it's showing the source. It automatically jumped directly to that source, the Sedona folder.
