Improving a landscape photograph

- The goal of this chapter and these mini projects isn't to really teach how we can use this HDR Toning technique, we did that in one of the previous chapters. Rather, it's to showcase how this technique works and to help us to expand how we think about using this technique. And so here I wanted to sneak in one more photograph which isn't a portrait, it's a landscape shot that I captured from a helicopter. I was harnessed in, the door was open, it was really an exhilarating moment. What we're going to do with this image is create a black and white version and also a color version of this image, again just as a way to expand how we can start to integrate this whole HDR Toning thing into our workflow. All right, well let's begin by clicking on the background layer. Here we'll add a black and white adjustment layer by clicking on the black and white adjustment layer icon.
