Leveling the camera platform

- Let's check our equipment to make sure we get the highest quality panoramic photo. The first thing I look for is a level platform. Now, in this case I've got multiple bubble levels, and I've got one on the front of the tripod itself. to try to get this to be a more level platform. That's good. If I was shooting inside of a normal environment like a retail space or an office building, well it'd be pretty easy to level the tripod. But on rough terrain like this, you're going to have to a little bit of wigglin. is as even as possible. And that's pretty good. but the closer you are to perfect, I always say, adjust once, but don't spend 15 minutes fighting with your tripod, because you'll miss some great shots. but don't be obsessive compulsive. and I'm going to next adjust the actual head. Now, in this case I've got a few points of adjustment. There's a bubble level up here. Well, I'll level that one. I want to get it so that bubble level is centered inside. That works well. And as I…
