- [Chris] All right, in this movie we are in Lightroom and here I wanna begin our conversation about the process. In this first movie I wanna do kind of a first glance and first walkthrough of the images to give you a sense of those, and then we'll do some more in the next few movies. First thing I like to do is just to scroll up and down to get a feel for what I have to work with. Now this is a folder of images. They're all raw files except some of them have been processed, and I'll show you those in a minute. But first let's click through. So first I meet with Jeff at his house. There's some cedar siding on his house so I take a picture there. Not a great photograph. Sometimes I like to zoom in on an image and see if it's really sharp. And it looks like that one is. So I'm kinda getting a sense on my settings, my exposure. This one I would need to crop. But let's keep clicking through. I tried to make the background a little bit more of a blur. In this one, I stepped away further…
