Selectively toning a black and white photo

- [Instructor] Lightroom CC makes it easy to selectively tone a black and white photo. Activate the Brush. Click on the triangle to open the options. Adjust feathering. I'm using a smaller feather so the effect has a harder edge near her hair. To see where you're painting, activate Color by opening the Color Picker. Let's go for a sepia look. Brush over her face, hands, and into her part. Resize the brush as needed. Some of the tone went into her sweater and hair. I'll get rid of it with the Eraser. Start with the flow and density at 100 to remove all of the effect. I don't want to remove all the tone in her part, so I'll decrease the flow.
