- There's a couple techniques I ran out of time to show ya in Red Rock, so we've come back out to the mountains here, we're actually in the Shenandoah Mountains in my backyard, One of those is shooting a 360. Now it's incredibly important In this case, I'm on a slight hill, so I've actually extended the front most leg, and it's easier to put the single leg going downhill. This makes it simple to just make a quick adjustment, and I could go ahead and modify the height just slightly, looks good. And what I'm looking at is the first bubble level here, making sure that it's a level platform. Once I have the tripod level, and a spirit or a bubble level right on top. to sort of offset the camera, What I want to do now is rotate this, and what I'm trying to see is as I go through, And what I want to try to do is level out the platform All right, that's looking pretty good.
