Using My View shortcuts to browse images
- Now, besides the ability to sort based on criteria, Lightroom also does some auto-organization based upon the embedded metadata in the image. This is available in the My Photos area or the My View. If you go up to the left here, you'll see that it's brought things in, for example the All View or images that were recently added. Now, you recall earlier we did things in a couple of waves so there were multiple imports. But here is just the one that I recently imported because I deleted some images. I can close that if I don't want to see. Notice By Date. It scanned this and has brought the images in. Now, the reason why there's a few really old images in here is I brought some photos in to illustrate the face recognition features so you can see how as people age, it still keeps up.
