Want to organize your photos with Lightroom?

- Hi, welcome to this course on organizing your files with Lightroom. In this course, we're going to explore the newer version of Lightroom, the one that easily syncs your images to the cloud and lets you work on your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer with everything in sync. In this course, we're going to cover just the aspects of getting organized. And as such, we're not going to be exploring things like editing. In this course, we'll tackle things like where are your files stored? So you understand how the cloud storage works along with local storage. We'll address how to import photos to your library, both using a computer, and if you're on the go, with a smartphone or tablet. We'll talk about browsing and rating, the actual acts of picking out your best pictures, so you know which ones you want to edit. Then we'll focus on actually keeping that organization using things like albums, as well as keywords and searching to find the images that we're looking for. We'll also touch upon how to organize people pictures. This is a great feature that can actually use facial recognition to quickly scan your entire library and find people easily. And in case you've been working with other software, we'll address how to migrate your images from other tools such as Lightroom Classic, Photoshop Elements, or even photos from macOS. We've got a lot to cover, so let's get started.
