- Before you watch this class, I'd like to give you just a little bit of background. I've been using Lightroom since the very beginning of the application. And I also frequently use many other software tools in my day-to-day process when I work with my photos. I started my career working in newspapers with really fast turnaround times. As such, I learned how to get the job done quickly. So I think you're going to really benefit from the thinking that goes into this course. What is the fastest way to get the job done? Now, if you want to slow things down, that's fine. But this course is all about getting things done quickly while still achieving professional results. In this course, I'm going to focus on getting things done in the least amount of time possible using Lightroom classic. Now I'll be using the subscription version of Lightroom that has all the current updates, but if you're using an older version of Lightroom, that's fine. Most of these techniques will work with many different versions. What I'll try to do though, is stick to the tools that have been around for a while. If I do something that's relatively new, I'll point that out. All right, let's move on to the exercise files, which you'll need to download so you can follow along.
