- Here's an interesting statistic, 62% of managers believe organizational learning is not meeting their employees' needs. That's unbelievable, but there is a solution to improve this result. When applied properly, elearning technologies can offer employees relevant and timely solutions to meet their job needs. Let's talk about some ways to connect your elearning efforts to business processes. First, make elearning engaging. If people like it, they're more likely to apply it to improve business processes. Don't assume to know how people like to learn, and don't just produce another course. Find out how they're stimulated, what their interest is, and how it relates back to their work. Think about using simple items into elearning, such as gamification, and visual mediums, like video.
