Company culture and your page

- [Instructor] You want to make sure that you're company page reflects your company culture. Now chances are, you've heard or read about how great it is to work at companies like Google or Zappos. Their powerful employee culture, not only attracts the best talent, but also makes customers and clients want to work for them. I mean here Zappos is a family of companies and Google has its own employees right up in the banner. Amp up your positive company culture sentiment. So here are a few ways of doing that. Consider highlighting your employees once a month or at least a few times a year by combining your banner image and a daily or even weekly update focused on particular employees or employee events. What else can you do? Well do you know your company's mission or vision statement? Or can you can you get leadership quotes from your executive team? Make an image and share it. Are your employees active philanthropists, support nonprofits? Show images or movies of them doing their good work. Do you have family vacation days or how about interest outside of work that your employer share? Two of our employees are excellent chefs and will sometimes share recipes. And then of course there's always the adorable, hastag dogs of Vengresso. Hey Cal! Make sure to share visual and written content and updates that illustrate your culture to your viewers. This will demonstrate what it's like to work for your company which will attract both buyers and candidates. And it will increase your positive sentiment and make your brand stronger and quite frankly, will make people want to share your content and do the branding for you. You can also get access to life pages with a premium company account and this will allow you to dive even deeper into your company's culture by sharing company photos, employee perspectives. And LinkedIn will even share cultural insights and what your employees are up to in the world. Whether you have a premium page or not consider how you can use company pages to reflect your company's culture.
