Corporate culture with updates

- [Instructor] Above and beyond the content that you feed to your employees, it's important that they curate some of their own content too. The easiest way for them to share information on their LinkedIn profile is just go through their timeline and find something interesting and compliant that they could share with their audience. And then of course once they click on the share button, make sure they use the anatomy of a post strategy that we talked about earlier. And here's a little ninja trick that you might want to share with your employees. On Google Chrome, you can create folders where you can simply drag and drop feeds, articles, searches, leads, and forums. And then when the time comes to share, all they have to do is scroll through, find something interesting, click on the link and then share the post. Most employee advocacy tools also allow employees to create their own streams of information from websites, URLs, RSS feeds. So if you are using a social sharing tool, like EveryoneSocial here, then just have your folks create their own feeds for sharing their own information. Now, why is this important? Because when you share your content, you're positioning yourself as someone thoughtful and knowledgeable and all things being equal, people do business with people and refer the people they know, like and trust. So this helps to build that KLT factor. Not only that, but when you share content and other people engage upon that content, it gives you an opportunity to engage with those individuals. And in the end, that's what this is all about. Branding to increase the opportunities, to engage with your audience, with your clients and with your prospects so that you can build your business. By sharing these strategies with your employees, you ensure that they always have content to share at least one time a day on LinkedIn. Just make sure that they're aware of your policy so they don't share any content that could negatively affect your brand. But by sharing content regularly, it helps to build that top of mind awareness that helps to build your brand.
