Driving engagement

- [Narrator] Creating and sharing content on your company page are great ways to increase engagement and visibility. Now, one mistake some companies make is either not sharing anything at all, or just sharing job posts. But in order to get the most of your company page, you must share other content as well. When I talk about sharing content I mean both created content like infographics and images and videos, but also other people's content. Consider making your company page a resource that your employees can go to to find and share content from. Another mistake that people make is only sharing their own company's sales or promotional information. this event coming up, that new product. But while that's important, it really should only be about 20 to 50% of your updates. You need to think about what your audience wants, is interested in, and if you can't serve those needs, then you can always curate content from other places as long as they're aligned with your company culture and are not, you know, the competitor. Fortunately, some of LinkedIn's new content tools help administrators find and share engaging content. And the cool thing about this new tool is it actually even shows you the engagement rate. So here's just a few things that you can do to inspire your employees to take the time to share your content with their networks.
