- [Instructor] One of the most popular uses for LinkedIn is to find a job. Before we take a look at how to search for jobs on LinkedIn, let's take a look at the jobs tab up at the top. I'm going to go ahead and click on that. And this brings us to the jobs page, and there are a ton of really useful tools here. Right in the middle is where you can actually search for jobs. We'll take a look at that in the next video. Up at the top on the navigation bar, there are a bunch of great tools. You have my jobs, which are jobs that you've saved, job alerts, which will notify you of job postings that fit your parameters, their salary insights, skill assessments, which you can take on certain software to show your mastery of them. Click on jobs here again. To the right of that is more. And if I click there, you have interview prep for when you get the call that you have the interview. This is a great resource where it helps you go through some of the most common questions as well as good answers that you can give and feedback. Now, I'm going to go back here again, and you also have resume builder. So this will help you set up and build your resume. These are some wonderful tools that will be extremely helpful. Now, below here, it says job searches and shows the job searches that we did throughout this course. I was randomly doing some searches and sometimes did that in jobs. Well they saved them. And they're now showing us how many new postings there are in that. I can click on this and go directly to that job search. Now below this, they have recommended jobs. So they even give you recommended jobs based on your profile and search history. The jobs tab is a powerful tool on LinkedIn and I recommend checking it out. In the next video, let's take a quick look though at how you can search for a job on LinkedIn.
