- [Narrator] You've already seen me do this in previous movies but we'll get a bit more technical now so you can understand the full context of posting images on a Facebook account. Facebook recommends shared images. Shared images, all those are, if we scroll down to the post we pinned, this would be a shared image. We've just selected an image, uploaded it through a post, added some text and this is a shared image. So this is what constitutes as a shared image. And in this case, Facebook recommends shared images be 1200 by 630 in proportion. And most of the time, I'd say 99% of the time, I'm posting the image size I prefer, which is 1500 by 1500 at 150 to 200 PPI. And it's usually a JPEG or a ping image.
