- [Instructor] They say that you are the company you keep and your LinkedIn network is no exception. To successfully market on LinkedIn, you need to surround yourself with people who can help you grow, but with so many people on the platform and dozens of connection requests popping up in your inbox, it can be pretty tempting to connect with anybody and everybody, but should you? When building your network, it's so important to be selective about who you bring into it, especially since a maximum number of connections you can have is 30,000.
