Create a network PDF printer

- [Instructor] Many workflows require output to be sent to a printer, and in some cases that can cause complexity and may lead to wasted paper. Using the same software many organizations use to manage network printers, we can set up a virtual printer that prints to PDF files instead of to paper. Most modern operating systems have a local feature that does this already, so if you just want to get a PDF of something, configuring a network PDF printer is a little overkill. But using a network PDF printer, all the output PDFs end up in the same place in a directory on the server, which can be useful for some workflows. And if a part of your process requires generating a PDF and storing it centrally, providing a network PDF printer can be a lot easier than making people generate and file PDFs on their own.
