- [Instructor] Before we get started here, I want to share a note. In these episodes about exploring different Distros, I'm not showing the installation process. That's because, for the most part, modern Distros have fairly user friendly, point and click installers. If you've installed Ubuntu, you can make your way through the CentOS installer just as easily, for example. Arch is a little different, and to show you around the Distro, we'll need an installed version. But the installation is a little different than you might be used to. So, I'll show you how I installed Arch before we get to the details of the system. That'll take a little bit longer, but I don't want to start an episode with an installed version of a Distro that merits some discussion before installation.
