- [Presenter] To install the iSCSI target and initiator packages, make sure both rhhost1 and rhhost2 VMs are booted. Different packages need to be installed on the iSCSI target and iSCSI initiator hosts. For the target, we'll install the target CLI package. This will also install any package dependencies it may have. The target CLI package implements the open source Linux IO iSCSI target in the kernel, and replaces the iSCSI target utils package that was used on Enterprise Linux 6. To install target CLI, we'll want to be on our rhhost1 VM. I'm going to go to full screen mode by pressing my host key plus f. In a terminal, type in sudo space yum space install space dash y space targetcli and hit enter. Type in your password if prompted. To ensure that the changes made in targetcli are persistent, we need to start and enable the target service. To start the service, type in clear. Then, type in sudo space systemctl space start space target, and hit enter. And to make this persistent…
