Manage VirtualBox with the GUI

- [Presenter] Virtualization is an amazing tool for learners. We're going to take a quick look at the VirtualBox interface so we can utilize its benefits. Your menu options may differ a little depending on which host operating system you're using. I'll be using VirtualBox on Linux for this video. We'll start by selecting the file menu and then preferences. If we click on the input item, we can see tabs for VirtualBox Manager and Virtual Machine. These are keyboard shortcuts for various functions in VirtualBox. Keyboard shortcuts will allow you to work faster or allow you to do things that are otherwise difficult. The VirtualBox manager tab shows a shortcuts that will be useful for working more efficiently in VirtualBox. For instance, there's a shortcut for creating a new VM, another for exiting VirtualBox and so on. However, these items are not necessary to learn to use VirtualBox.
